Green with Envy
50ml Garden Envy Gin
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Earl grey tea syrup
1/3 inch Cucumber and 6 basil leaves
Hot sauce (1 teaspoon for 10/10 spicy, adapt for own taste)
Pinch of salt
Muddle cucumber & basil leaves, shake all ingredients for 10-15sec. Double strain into frozen glass with 1 large ice cube. Garnish with basil and cracked black pepper.
