25ml Garden Envy Gin
20ml Rhubarb and Ginger Syrup*
45ml Sparkling Rose Wine
3 sec shake of gin, syrup & lemon. Double strain in frozen flute. Top-up with bubbles. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
* 1.5 cups of ginger juice, 2 cut up Rhubarb stalks in a gentle heat pan for 30 minutes and then strain. Finally add sugar syrup to the mix by equal parts.
