Pure air, constant rain and rich soil, this is spud heaven. We’ve used local royalty to make a Southern Highlands potato vodka with more texture, viscosity and crunch. A fresh earthy scent; a little like the morning after rain.

Martini à la carte

Martini like you mean it, with Potato Crisp Vodka and your own twist.

We skewer three local Alto O’Live A Little Martini olives. Add a little olive brine to make it a Dirty.

Olive

A classic lemon twist brightens the martini. A twist you didn't see coming - yuzu peel. Why not!

Citrus

A pickled onion ups the umami and crunch (making it a Gibson). Or three little drops of herb oils are delish.

Rose Coloured Glasses

  • 50ml Potato Crisp Vodka
  • 20ml Lemon
  • 20ml Ginger Tea Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters

Shake. Strain in frozen glass. Garnish with a rose petal & 1 spray of rose water.

Our Place In Tuscany

  • 30ml Potato Crisp Vodka
  • 25ml Amaro
  • 20ml Cold Drip Coffee
  • 5ml Golden Syrup

Stir over ice. Strain into frozen glass. Garnish with a biscotti.

  • 60ml Potato Crisp Vodka
  • 60ml Pineapple Juice
  • 25ml Campari
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml Lime

Shake and Strain into a frozen glass with ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.

  • 35ml Potato Crisp Vodka
  • 35ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 5ml Orange Curacao
  • 5ml Maraschino liqueur
  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Stir. Strain. Garnish with lemon peel.

Hill Family Potatoes

The Hill family are Australian spud royalty. Four generations have been digging up gold in the Southern Highlands since the early 1900s. All the finest crisps use their potatoes. And so have we, for our Potato Crisp Vodka. It's a first for both of us.

The Highlands are potato heaven - pure air, constant rain and nutrient rich volcanic soil. The Hill family does the rest. They make the most of the ideal location for very special spuds. Their dirty work makes the purest vodka.
